This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Develops strategic, technical, and intricate adoption strategies targeting large, key customer segments.
• Frequently leads tailored technical enablement programs such as executive briefings.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within customer organizations.
• Manages the execution and integration of TAP across various teams.
• Exhibits extensive knowledge across multiple products within a secondary architecture.
• Conducts adoption business reviews and updates TAPs accordingly.
• Collaborates with Sales and Customer Experience leadership to co-develop adoption journeys.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent pertinent work experience.
• Expert level certification (e.g., CCIE) or an equivalent relevant certification is expected.
• Certifications reflecting industry trends are preferred.
