This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns via telephone or email.
• Investigate and resolve issues and discrepancies, including those related to fraud support and internet operations.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures.
• Serve as a connector between customers and various departments within U.S. Bank.
• Address intricate customer or technology-related challenges.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Generally, at least nine months of training or experience in a Contact Center customer service role.
• Typically, 18 months of previous customer service or related experience.
• Successful completion of specialized skill training is required.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.
• Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in positively interacting with dissatisfied customers.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, articulately, and accurately with a friendly tone and common conversational courtesies.
• Competent in using various software packages, including Microsoft Office applications, for computer navigation.
• Capacity to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as related workplace conduct and safety regulations.
