This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Offer assistance to the Growing Solutions Sales team in Mexico, the U.S., and Canada, as well as to external clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by working closely with various departments.
• Manage order processing in SAP, including billing, resolving claims, and addressing other customer concerns.
• Schedule appointments with both warehouses for the dispatch of products.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and pinpoint opportunities for cross-selling.
• Keep sales information, records, and customer files organized in internal secure storage systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales operations and customer experience principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or training materials.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• A valid U.S. Visa is required.
