• Develop and revise documentation when identifying process deficiencies.
• Minimum of 2 years in fintech or financial services customer support.
• Proficient in English, with professional-level writing and speaking skills.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, or comparable CRM tools.
• Willingness to work during nights and weekends (aligned with US business hours).
