This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate across the CX data ecosystem to pinpoint trends and highlight customer pain points.
• Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms to analyze customer and operational performance.
• Work closely with the internal Business Intelligence team to influence the development of new features.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Looker, Zendesk Analytics, or comparable tools.
• Proficient SQL skills.
