Customer Experience Specialist – Analytics and Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across the CX data ecosystem to pinpoint trends and highlight customer pain points.

• Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms to analyze customer and operational performance.

• Work closely with the internal Business Intelligence team to influence the development of new features.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with platforms such as Looker, Zendesk Analytics, or comparable tools.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.

• Ability to analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and operational trends.
