This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans alongside marketing initiatives to meet targets for gross written premium, new business, and profitability.
• Foster the growth of Consumer Direct channels by improving both digital and call center experiences.
• Identify and document business and technical requirements for initiatives focused on growth.
• Oversee cross-functional projects either as a business owner or Agile Product Manager, managing backlogs and delivering solutions centered around customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to design, implement, and enhance digital capabilities and tools.
• Perform A/B testing and utilize performance-based strategies to drive ongoing improvements.
• Convert data and research findings into actionable insights to improve customer experiences and business results.
• Keep track of market trends and competitive intelligence to guide product development and market strategies.
• Create prototypes, assist in implementation, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.
• Work with analytics teams to evaluate performance and determine the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytics, performance reporting, process enhancement, and customer experience initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and working within Agile frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of digital channels, user research, and customer insights.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel.
• Background in product marketing and digital strategy is essential.
• Ability to develop user stories and business requirements proficiently.
