Customer Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing the service relationship and strategy for designated customers, ensuring the provision of exceptional service experiences and customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the implementation of the annual customer account strategy for all designated clients.

• Collaborate with the consulting delivery team to aid in the creation and development of essential consulting deliverables.

• Facilitate customer open enrollment presentations.

• Work alongside other members of the consulting delivery team to support the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, while aiding in the education and enablement of customers regarding these updates.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to sales, data operations, and product, to identify and promote business development and operational enhancement opportunities.

• Nurture strong relationships with all customers, strategic partners, and internal Bennie collaborators.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit account management supporting a benefit consulting team, with a proven track record in managing a complex portfolio of clients.

• Proficient knowledge in benefits and renewal workflow management to effectively serve a large client base.

• Possession of a Life & Health Producer’s License.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
