Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician – Removables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work alongside physicians in real-time to evaluate and enhance case designs, ensuring the best aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.

• Provide Live Clinical Support: Engage directly with clinicians through phone, chat, and video to resolve issues, clarify workflows, and deliver efficient and compassionate customer service.

• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between physicians and Dandy lab teams, converting clinical feedback into production results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Dental Technician role.

• At least 2 years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including cases for full dentures and partial dentures.

• In-depth knowledge of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and optimal design practices.

• Technologically proficient with the capability to learn and navigate dental design platforms swiftly.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clinicians, provide empathetic support, and handle complex issues with professionalism and care.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab position is preferable.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convert clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights.

• Strong independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple complex discussions simultaneously.

• Eagerness to work in a rapidly growing and evolving fully-digital lab setting.

• Capability to meet tight deadlines while upholding exceptional quality standards across all cases.
