Customer Experience Associate – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Schedule customer appointments for collision repairs and estimates in accordance with established SOPs.

• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound customer communications.

• Assist customers in making rental car reservations and scheduling towing services.

• Manage daily tasks with a strong sense of urgency.

• Communicate with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.

• Address inquiries by clarifying customer needs, researching information, and carrying out next steps.

• Resolve customer issues through active listening and utilizing internal resources.

• Juggle multiple systems and communication channels effectively.

• Adhere to processes to ensure assignment accuracy and data integrity.

• Protect customer and company information while maintaining confidentiality.

• Maintain company-issued equipment and report any issues encountered.

• Promote positive outcomes and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proven empathy and active listening abilities are necessary.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills are required.

• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and the ability to learn swiftly.

• A reliable modem and high-speed internet that meet minimum requirements are needed.

• Proficiency in navigating and multitasking across various systems, including CRM software, is necessary.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
