This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Support customers with a range of issues and questions, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collect relevant information, investigate inquiries, and deliver accurate and helpful responses.
• Thoroughly and accurately document customer interactions.
• Read and comprehend documents regarding products, services, and policies.
• Consistently work to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to streamline processes and achieve team objectives.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a Pharma Rx campaign.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) at B2 CEFR level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
