This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers through email, phone, or chat.
• Act as the key internal resource for addressing customer-related issues.
• Evaluate incoming tickets, determine their priority, and decide if escalation to other teams is necessary.
• Facilitate internal communications to reduce response time for customer inquiries.
• Support operational processes associated with client tool implementation.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective support, with the aim of enhancing loyalty.
• Suggest enhancements to internal processes and recommend actions to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support insights.
• Propel the advancement of support processes by utilizing AI technologies.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• A degree in Business Administration, Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, or Engineering.
• A commitment to assist and support customers in resolving their issues.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and mediation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to changes as needed.
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and implement AI solutions in daily tasks.
