This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist partner brands by overseeing orders and addressing customer inquiries.
• Guarantee a smooth end-to-end customer experience while ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Handle high-volume email inquiries and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
• Possess experience in order management processes and resolving related issues.
• Organize corporate and bulk orders, collecting and verifying detailed order specifications.
• Oversee comprehensive order support, including data imports and maintenance of accounts/databases.
• Interact with operations, production, and sales teams, managing returns and problem resolution.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts according to Philippine time or within US business hours.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, multi-channel e-commerce, and order management processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Order Desk, ShipStation, Finale, Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon.
• Experience with data management tools and analytical thinking capabilities.
