This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the customer experience from the point of contract signing onward.
• Collaborate with customers to foresee their needs, pinpoint challenges and opportunities, and establish enduring relationships.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively utilize the tools through online platforms.
• Address customer inquiries and requests internally and externally through email, phone, video conferencing, and messaging applications.
• Ensure customer support, engagement, usability, and overall satisfaction.
• Excellent presentation and training capabilities.
• Highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a comparable role, ideally within a software or technology setting.
• Enhance process efficiency in the industry and retail sectors.
• Development of technical skills aimed at automating product registration.
