This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Be the voice and face of Dressly for our users;
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chats, and in the future, through phone calls;
• Work on a shift schedule (including night shifts) and meet KPIs;
• Dive deeper into the product than anyone else.
• English proficiency at B1+ level;
• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 times per month);
• Experience in customer service: via phone, email, chats, and/or in-person;
• Proactivity and organizational skills;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field;
• Experience with helpdesk platforms (Zendesk or Freshdesk) will be an advantage.
