This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating TENEX.AI’s AI-driven security solutions throughout the pre-sales and evaluation phases.

• Ensure a smooth transition to customer onboarding and support the swift initiation of operational initiatives to improve security outcomes.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

• Execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and security assessments customized to client requirements.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Success managers to facilitate the onboarding of new clients effectively.

• Evaluate client security architectures and suggest best practices for AI-driven security implementations.

• Assist in incident response planning and contribute to the creation of operational tools, processes, and documentation to enhance security operations scalability.

• Represent TENEX at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a recognized cybersecurity expert.

• Develop impactful content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog articles) to inform the market about trends in AI-driven security.

• Collaborate with all TENEX teams to ensure alignment on both client and internal business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including more than 5 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consultant).

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles.

• Familiarity with security operations platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, UEBA).

• Knowledge of cloud security (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is advantageous. Experience with Google SecOps or Microsoft Sentinel is a strong plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex security topics for non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, customer empathy, and experience engaging with executive stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, CTOs).

• Willingness to travel (up to 50%); a valid driver’s license is required.

• Must successfully pass a background check and maintain current security clearances if applicable.
