Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone calls and email outreach.

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to assess inbound leads.

• Assess leads using platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.

• Identify prospect needs, spark interest, and refer qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Manage the flow of leads by adhering to established sequences for outreach including phone calls and emails in Salesforce, while tracking qualified leads until they are accepted by Sales Representatives.

• Meet or surpass established monthly targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Customer Engagement Specialists to compile lead lists and execute prospecting campaigns based on designated territories.

• Must be fluent in English and possess outstanding writing abilities.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Capability to understand basic technical concepts.

• Strong listening and communication skills with the adaptability to modify communication style for different audiences.

• Ability to connect with audiences through phone and video conferencing.

• Self-motivated and driven, exhibiting a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Must be able to work from home with a dedicated and quiet workspace.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.

• Willingness to explore and utilize AI tools such as Claude, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks.

• Open to learning and adapting through coaching.

• Comfortable and proficient in managing one's own time effectively.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Zoominfo is advantageous.

• Familiarity with basic IT concepts related to servers, networking, and AWS services.

• Prior experience or exposure to Slack is beneficial.

• Experience working with various partnership models and stakeholder types is a plus.

• Previous work-from-home experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
