Customer Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of scalable training initiatives, encompassing webinars, structured learning programs, and various one-to-many educational efforts.

• Regularly assess and enhance training programs by utilizing engagement metrics and feedback from users.

• Lead and facilitate live training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other educational platforms as required.

• Develop and uphold high-quality product education content across diverse formats, including video, written materials, and live training resources.

• Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and accuracy throughout all training and content materials.

• Collaborate closely with Product teams to assist in feature launches via training, documentation, and communications aimed at users.

• Convert intricate workflows and functionalities into clear, actionable, and user-friendly content.

• Offer insights to Product teams based on user interactions, training sessions, and identified gaps in documentation.

• Recognize and propose enhancements to systems and processes that improve training delivery and user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in training, product education, customer enablement, or a similar role within the finance sector.

• Proven experience in creating educational content in multiple formats (video, written, live sessions).

• Strong capability to distill complex concepts into clear and user-friendly materials.

• Experience collaborating across various functions with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage several projects at once.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), knowledge base tools, or content platforms is an advantage.
