Customer Delivery Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support for customers implementing and operating DataXstream's OMS+ and IA products on SAP BTP across both on-premises private cloud and public cloud environments.

• Management of BTP subaccounts and environments — including setup, configuration, and operational support for customer BTP subaccounts, Cloud Foundry spaces, and service bindings related to OMS+ and IA deployments.

• Configuration of SSO and identity — including the setup and maintenance of SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS) federation as part of the OMS+ and IA product delivery process.

• Configuration and maintenance of the SAP Cloud Connector — ensuring a secure tunnel between customer on-premises systems and BTP for hybrid deployments of OMS+ and IA.

• Customer-facing support and escalation — collaborating directly with customers and partners to diagnose and resolve issues related to the OMS+ and IA platform on BTP.

• Creation of delivery documentation — authoring runbooks and delivery frameworks to make OMS+ and IA customer engagements repeatable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A foundational interest in cloud and enterprise platform technologies.

• Any experience with SAP BTP, SAP technologies, or enterprise cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with concepts related to identity and SSO.

• Understanding of hybrid connectivity principles.

• Comfort in engaging with customers and partners in a technical context.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for customer-facing incident response.

• A documentation-first mindset.

• Proficiency in English.
