This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supporting and assisting the Team Lead in overseeing and enhancing the operational processes of the customer service team.
• Designing and executing process enhancements to boost efficiency within customer service operations.
• Generating reports on customer feedback and satisfaction to facilitate continuous improvement in the customer service experience.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure that customer service issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Evaluating performance through regular audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary adjustments.
• Aiding in the development of individual team members' skills by providing feedback on case handling and troubleshooting techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist in IT and related fields.
• A strong passion for enhancing and honing professional effectiveness.
• Proven experience in developing processes and handling documentation.
• Background in managing and mentoring staff.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work remotely.
