Customer Care Specialist, Norwegian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to care organizations.

• Manage customer support phone inquiries from care organizations utilizing the medicine dispensing robots and the associated administrative system (Telecare system).

• Offer top-notch assistance to customers regarding their inquiries related to the operation and refilling of robots as well as managing alarms.

• Conduct remote corrections and address alarms in the background system around the clock.

• Escalate potential issues to tier 2 support when unable to resolve them directly.

• Prioritize and organize tasks and responsibilities effectively.

• Record each call with pertinent and necessary information.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must hold at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field, or possess relevant experience.

• A strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Keen attention to detail and a technical mindset (to effectively resolve remote corrections).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms.

• High level of empathy, as you will be addressing concerns in a healthcare setting.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of issues and provide comprehensive solutions during the first contact.

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

• A valid EU passport or Working Visa is required.
