This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Handle and address customer inquiries through the inbound call queue and support ticketing systems.
• Ensure a Seamless Customer Experience: Engage with customers by asking questions and actively listening to their concerns, consistently showing respect and empathy.
• Deliver Tier 1 support by troubleshooting and resolving standard and recurring issues related to the customer's configuration.
• Provide individualized training for new and existing customers as necessary while assisting with support issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize appropriate security measures or processes (e.g., PIN, identifying information) to verify customer records or other electronic data.
• Record customer inquiries, their status, and resolutions comprehensively.
• Collaborate with different teams when necessary and follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Client Services, Support, or similar roles within the technology or software sector.
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, or comparable CRM and contact center software.
• High School Diploma/GED along with 3 years of relevant customer service experience, or any degree or certification beyond a high school diploma/GED plus up to 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience related to customer service.
