This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborating daily with business owners and entrepreneurs to align their motivation and determination to achieve results.
• Assisting our clients mainly through live chat and email, addressing any inquiries they may have.
• Being a part of a team within the customer care department and the overall business to ensure we achieve all individual and collective goals.
• Embracing change effectively.
• Proposing improvements for our processes.
• Proficient in English and German, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick-thinking and eager to learn and develop.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Care, whether online, over the phone, or face-to-face. If you haven't worked in customer care but are enthusiastic about it, please reach out!
