This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engaging daily with business owners and entrepreneurs, aligning their motivation and mindset to achieve results.
• Assisting our customers primarily through live chat and email, addressing any inquiries they may have.
• Collaborating as part of a team within the customer care department and the wider business to ensure we fulfill all individual and collective targets.
• Embracing change with adaptability.
• Proposing improvements for our processes.
• Proficient in English and Dutch: advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick-thinking and eager to learn and evolve.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Care - whether online, via phone, or face-to-face. If you lack customer care experience but have a strong desire to join us, please reach out!
