This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Deliver exceptional customer support in Hungarian
• Address daily customer inquiries including order questions, delivery concerns, returns, complaints, and basic product questions
• Maintain prompt, clear, friendly, and solution-focused communication
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Monitor recurring customer queries, problems, and feedback
• Assist with community management across social media platforms
• Contribute to local marketing and operational tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Local Marketing Specialist and global teams
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
• E-commerce experience is highly advantageous
• Native-level Hungarian speaker with excellent written communication abilities
• Proficient in English for daily collaboration with teams based in the Czech Republic
• Customer-centric approach
• Comfortable with basic social media and community engagement
