This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Professional management of first and second level inquiries (technical/commercial)
• Proactively identify hardware and software challenges
• Independently develop training materials and facilitate coaching sessions
• Create multimedia FAQs for customer support
• Assist in optimizing automation and AI-driven service processes
• Completed vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service
• A strong affinity for technology and a solid understanding of renewable energy
• Excellent communication abilities and a sincere desire to assist
• Fluency in German (C1 level)
• Prior experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus
