This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as a representative for moving companies and manage claims-related customer interactions.
• Offer support via phone, handle emails, and facilitate customer communications.
• Address escalated customer issues in a professional manner when required.
• Outstanding English communication abilities with a minimal or neutral accent.
• Strong foundation in customer service.
• Competence in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and various email platforms.
• Capability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication capabilities.
• Previous experience in claims processing or dispute resolution is highly desirable.
• Experience in debt collection is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative virtual office setting.
• Willingness to stay on Zoom throughout the workday.
• Backup internet and power required.
