This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Address patient inquiries through phone, email, SMS, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Offer compassionate and precise support regarding services, appointments, and patient inquiries.
• Ensure that every patient interaction demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and care.
• Follow up with patients to guarantee a smooth and positive experience.
• Accurately schedule and confirm appointments.
• Coordinate patient intake, follow-ups, and facilitate internal communication with medical teams.
• Keep organized and precise patient records in CRM/EMR systems.
• Calmly and efficiently address patient concerns.
• Enhance processes and patient satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive information.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, patient care, medical reception, or healthcare customer service.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, medical clinics, or similar environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Capability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Stable work history with a desire for long-term career advancement.
