This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Manage incoming customer calls and/or emails with compassion and professionalism.
• Address concerns, respond to inquiries, and offer proactive solutions.
• Record interactions and ensure follow-ups as necessary.
• Engage in special projects and adjust to changing priorities.
• Provide a WOW experience on every interaction—customers should feel your enthusiasm!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service (preferred backgrounds include call center, insurance, or banking).
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to multitask effectively using technology in a dynamic environment.
• Dependable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload).
• A quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Over 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Previous experience working remotely (preferred).
