Customer Care Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will strategically accompany selected clients throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from Proalpha.

• Client Responsibility: You will strategically manage selected existing and major clients, guiding their development and supporting them in achieving the maximum benefit from their Proalpha ERP system.

• Analysis: By evaluating usage patterns, monitoring health scores, and conducting regular reviews with top clients, you will identify opportunities that create real value.

• Service Development: In collaboration with support, projects, sales, and product management, you will develop innovative service concepts for sustainable customer success.

• Optimization: By observing trends in inquiries and processes, you will derive improvement measures and drive the ongoing development of our service organization.

• Management: To make our customer success activities transparent and manageable, you will define key performance indicators and reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a technical field, or a comparable qualification.

• Practical experience in customer success, account management, or direct customer interaction.

• Understanding of business economics, experience with customer systems, ideally you are already familiar with our Proalpha software.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, solution-oriented approach, and a structured, independent work style.

• Excellent German and English language skills for communication in an international environment.
