This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Central communication hub: You facilitate the interaction between internal departments and clients to guarantee a cohesive and enjoyable customer experience.

• Relationship cultivation & retention: You establish enduring customer relationships and nurture them through consistent, personal engagement.

• Needs assessment & satisfaction assurance: You discern individual customer requirements and ensure ongoing satisfaction for both the company and its employees.

• Proactive customer engagement: You keep clients updated on new benefits, advancements, and optimization possibilities.

• Portfolio enhancement & execution: You continually broaden the benefits portfolio and effectively implement innovative incentive and bonus structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in business administration or a similar qualification.

• You have a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• You exhibit a strong service and customer orientation, coupled with empathy, assertiveness, and outstanding communication abilities.

• You are self-sufficient, solution-driven, and demonstrate excellent planning and coordination skills.

• You are fluent in German and English for both written and spoken communication.
