Customer Care Delivery Specialist – HR Services, English, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assisting clients' employees who reach out with inquiries regarding HR processes or their employment benefits via various channels such as phone, webchat, or others.

• Guiding users on how to navigate the online HR systems.

• Conducting investigations into more intricate cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English: C1 level minimum.

• Proficient in Italian: C1 level minimum.

• Strong adaptability and attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.

• Experience in Customer Care is advantageous, though not mandatory.
