This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries received through email.
• Address and follow up on daily customer inquiries for both in-store and online channels in a prompt and professional manner.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and deliver the most suitable solutions to align with both customer needs and business goals.
• Provide outstanding and courteous service to our members while assisting our regional markets.
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments on pre-sale and post-sale matters.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or a call center).
• A customer-focused attitude with strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) AND possess a good command of spoken and written English – both are essential.
• Self-motivated and highly accountable.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Provide clear, timely, and professional answers to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and post-sales issues.
• Ensure effective communication with external warehouse and delivery teams to guarantee proper packing and timely delivery of orders.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the supervisor.
