This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries
• Ensure all customer questions and issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily
• Surpass customer expectations in every interaction
• Quickly respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and occasionally by phone
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to guarantee timely support for customers
• Assist customers in selecting the e-bike that best suits their needs
• Offer accurate and detailed information regarding available e-bike models, features, and specifications
• Keep customers updated on the delivery status of their e-bike
• Efficiently process warranty claims and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
• Provide support to customers with any post-purchase questions or concerns
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing customer care and operational processes
• Share insights and suggestions to optimize workflows
• A positive, customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for working with customers
• Capability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
