This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Provide exceptional, comprehensive customer support for business clients by effectively addressing inquiries, escalations, and billing concerns.
• Serve as a reliable advisor by identifying client needs and suggesting suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Recognize and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Manage service modifications, installations, and support following installation.
• Take ownership of customer interactions, resolve the reasons for calls, and meet broader business requirements.
• Ensure precise account documentation is maintained using Salesforce and ACP.
• Monitor, manage, and enhance customer interactions and sales results.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to address intricate issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Achieve or surpass metrics related to revenue generation, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and resolution times.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Preferred experience in supporting B2B customers.
• Familiarity with CRM and billing software, particularly Salesforce and ACP.
• Capability to compute discounts, prorations, and percentages.
• Proficient in reading and understanding simple instructions and brief correspondence.
• Skillful in writing basic correspondence with correct grammar.
• Competent in conveying written and spoken information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to written, spoken, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Aptitude for managing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong customer service abilities, with an emphasis on phone interactions and data entry preferred.
• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy, accountability, and reliability.
• Must be able to work remotely from one of the eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Vermont.
