This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries through email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with payment processing, order management, and general inquiries related to their dermatological treatments.
• Evaluate customer service trends and work collaboratively with teams such as Medical, Product Management, and Business Development.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Offer insights and suggestions to enhance the customer experience based on feedback and recurring issues.
• Proficient in German (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain patient in high-pressure environments.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• An interest in dermatology, healthcare, or beauty is advantageous.
• Competence in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new digital tools.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but individuals with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
