This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Assisting via phone, chat, and email with: Account and login issues
• Subscriptions, payments, cancellations
• Streaming errors and technical challenges
• Subtitle, audio language, and content inquiries
• Promo codes and campaign queries
• Guiding customers wishing to cancel
• Managing the entire customer journey without tier levels.
• Fluent in Danish at C1 level (preferably native speaker)
• Proficient in English at B2 level (training is conducted in English)
• Possesses strong written communication skills
• Familiar with working on a PC and multitasking
• Patient, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Experience is an advantage, but not a necessity.
• Flight ticket to Greece
• 2 weeks of free hotel accommodation upon arrival
• Transportation from the airport to the hotel
• Assistance with housing search
• Support with all necessary documentation (bank, tax, social security)
• Ongoing support before and after arrival
