This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Customer Engagement: You interact with our customers daily, serving as their primary contact for inquiries.

• Quality Service: You take charge of inbound phone and email inquiries independently, ensuring our service consistently adheres to the highest standards.

• Customer Interaction: As the initial point of contact for all incoming calls, you leverage a modern ticketing system to address requests effectively.

• Team Collaboration: You report directly to the Customer Care Team Lead and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Customer Care and Customer Success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You possess initial experience in customer support, call center operations, or a similar customer-facing role—preferably with an emphasis on complaint management.

• Attitude: You maintain composure, confidence, and friendliness, even in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.

• Analytical Approach: You have a penchant for working analytically, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Work Ethic: You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrate proactive initiative, and are highly motivated to continuously learn and develop.

• Language Proficiency: You have full professional proficiency in Italian; good communication skills in English and French are advantageous.
