This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
• Quickly resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been completely resolved.
• Keep current with knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
• Identify ways to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
• Achieve individual goals for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Over 1 year of experience in a customer care, customer service, or support role.
• Friendly, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent).
• Capability to handle multiple interactions efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Dependable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
• Self-driven and reliable in a fully remote work setting.
• Matric certificate is required.
