This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• As a Customer Care Agent, you are the lifesaver for our clients!
• You manage incoming and outgoing calls and handle the administration for service vouchers (used for services such as cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and special transport).
• Phone first: Making and receiving calls is always your top priority!
• Answering questions: You assist customers via email and phone with inquiries regarding the use, ordering, refunds, and exchanges of vouchers.
• Website support: You help with registration, logging in, or updating personal information.
• Problem-solving: "My order hasn't arrived" or "I've paid but received nothing"? You investigate the issue!
• Fiscal certificates: You assist customers with their tax return requests.
• Be the central figure: You are the essential link between regions, service providers, and customers!
• You speak and write fluent Dutch or Flemish and have a good command of English.
• You hold at least a secondary education diploma.
• You are proficient with computers, MS Office, and preferably CRM systems.
• You are communicative, truly listen, think analytically, maintain a positive attitude, are flexible, and multitasking comes naturally to you!
• Experience in a contact center? That's a significant advantage!
