This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +2 more states.
• Deliver pre-sales scientific and technical advice, collaborating with the Sales team to direct customers towards the best Pathology and Genomics solutions.
• Act as the technical expert during customer meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually.
• Join Sales Account Managers on visits to cultivate new business opportunities and assist current accounts.
• Aid in post-sales implementations, which include on-site training and Performance Qualification, alongside Field Service Engineers and internal teams.
• Enhance customer assays such as IHC, Special Stains, H&E, and Molecular ISH/FISH.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support in collaboration with Applications, Technical Support, Sales, and Service teams.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to shape future product and application advancements.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings and clearly express Agilent’s value propositions.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, travel planning, expense reporting, and service documentation.
• Offer support to customers within the PA, DE, and WV regions, requiring up to 75% travel.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in supporting pathology and genomics instrumentation and workflows in clinical or laboratory settings.
• HT or QIHC certification is preferable.
• Strong scientific and technical expertise in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
• Extensive knowledge in Special Stains and H&E.
• Robust understanding of molecular techniques, including ISH/FISH.
• Capability to articulate complex scientific ideas clearly to varied audiences.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Up to 75% travel with flexible working hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage in hands-on laboratory tasks.
• Must fulfill Agilent’s customer and vendor credentialing standards for site access, where applicable.
