This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The primary goal of the Customer Advocate is to assist the organization's efforts in building a robust provider network by locating, attracting, and contracting qualified attorneys and mediators.
• Identifying qualified providers through various channels, including multiple websites, our internal database, and professional networks.
• Diligently reviewing qualifications such as insurance and licenses to pinpoint potential providers who align with the company's standards.
• Performing initial screenings and assessments to evaluate prospective qualified providers.
• Conducting provider research to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that keep the organization competitive in attracting top-tier providers.
• Supporting the company’s mission of delivering high-quality customer service to members, providers, and potential customers.
• Engaging in outbound calling, handling inbound calls, and managing email communications with our members and providers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a sales environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high-pressure situations while remaining flexible and adaptable as needed.

• Capability to effectively educate customers on products and services with accuracy.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
