Customer Advisor, Swedish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt and professional assistance to customers who speak Swedish.

• Efficiently and accurately resolve any product or service-related issues.

• Manage orders, forms, applications, and various requests.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

• Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or near-native speaker of Swedish.

• Proficient in English, with a level of B2-C1.

• Excellent communication skills and strong active listening abilities.

• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Possess a customer-first attitude with a keen attention to detail.

• EU Passport is required.

• Must be willing to relocate to Greece.
