Customer Advisor, Full Time – German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients from the initial interaction all the way to personalized financial planning.

• Facilitate advisory meetings, assess protection and retirement requirements, and create customized solutions.

• Adhere to established standards, document procedures, and ensure seamless execution.

• Act as the main point of contact, reliably address client inquiries, and foster strong customer relationships.

• Organize processes, support the team, and continuously enhance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur) or completed commercial/vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification.

• Must reside in Germany.

• Possess a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Exhibit reliable, professional, and friendly communication skills – in person, over the phone, and digitally.

• Willingness to operate within established systems and defined procedures.

• Take ownership of your designated tasks and carry them out thoroughly.

• Experience in customer advisory, sales, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
