This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You offer guidance to our clients' employees on matters including financial well-being, insurance, pensions, and personal finance.
• You serve as a point of contact through various channels (phone, email, digital) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• You manage customer inquiries independently, from consultation through to implementation.
• You clarify complex topics in an accessible manner, tailored to the audience.
• You actively engage in the enhancement of our services and processes.
• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service.
• A passion for working with people and providing advisory support.
• Structured, independent, and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels.
• Flexible working hours, with a modern office in Fuerteventura or the option for remote work from the Canary Islands.
