This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Providing assistance to clients with travel bookings, modifications, and general destination inquiries.
• Ensuring that every customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-focused support while also promoting additional travel services like insurance and upgrades.
• Improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the travel experience for clients across various partner platforms.
• Proficiency in Croatian (C1/native) along with a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage calls, chat, and back-office duties effectively.
• Must be currently residing in Greece (mandatory for remote roles).
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on customer satisfaction.
