This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of Corporate accounts with a goal of maintaining a retention rate of 90% or above, while actively seeking out opportunities for revenue growth.
• Take charge of the entire negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions from beginning to end.
• Engage with customers throughout their lifecycle to comprehend their business objectives and strategic aims, ensuring they derive continuous value from Nerdio's products and services.
• Develop and maintain essential relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to reduce churn risk, formulate account expansion strategies, and promote ongoing customer success.
• Record customer interactions and engagements in the CRM system.
• Advocate for new product features and relay customer insights to the Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• A minimum of 3 to 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or similar fields.
• Proven capability to establish and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Experience in managing customer accounts, addressing escalations, and resolving issues effectively.
• Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software and other pertinent tools.
