Curriculum Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing, testing, and delivering AI demonstrations, custom GPTs, and infrastructure that support curriculum across various programs.

• Designing polished, user-friendly Notion modules based on approved curriculum frameworks and scripts.

• Extracting playbooks, frameworks, and case studies from calls, Slack discussions, and student interactions.

• Contributing to and managing a centralized repository of prompts, tools, and curriculum resources.

• Identifying and consolidating duplicate or outdated materials to uphold a tidy and organized system.

• Collaborating with the Curriculum Production Manager and cross-functional teams to meet the needs of live cohorts.

• Rapidly iterating based on feedback to enhance the quality and usability of the curriculum.

• Aiding live cohorts by pinpointing gaps and providing timely curriculum updates.

• Demonstrated experience in developing AI tools, demonstrations, or automations that are actively utilized by real users.

• Strong execution focus with the capability to deliver high-quality work at scale.

• Experience in operating within structured systems, templates, or production workflows.

• Ability to identify patterns, insights, and reusable frameworks from unstructured data.

• Familiarity with tools like Notion or comparable content and knowledge management platforms.

• Comfort in fast-paced, high-output environments with clear performance expectations.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability settings.

• Strong operational mindset with the capability to manage high-volume output without compromising quality.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across teams.
