This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assist the Academics department of CAGS Curriculum Development in delivering Christ-centered higher education to high school students.
• Report to and support the Curriculum Development Coordinator in overseeing and maintaining systems and processes related to CAGS courses and the university LMS.
• Provide assistance in the dual credit application process.
• Organize digital files efficiently.
• Enter and manage data accurately.
• Keep the master textbook list updated.
• Monitor updates on textbook editions.
• Review monthly reports for overdue faculty contracts.
• Examine the schedule for updating CCU-created course materials.
• Address common email inquiries using provided templates.
• Help with the desk copy request process and maintain the log.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree and acceptance into one of CCU's graduate programs is required.
• An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be accepted and enrolled in one of CCU's graduate programs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively as a team member as well as an individual contributor.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and efficiency.
• Competence in learning and utilizing Brightspace, Zoom, Adobe Pro, Concourse, Service Desk, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Devoted follower of Jesus Christ with a personal relationship with Him.
• Capability to express personal faith and apply biblical principles and convictions in the workplace.
• Strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University.
• Regular attendance and active participation in a Bible-believing evangelical local church.
• Knowledge of the Word of God and a passion for Christian education.
• Must be a traditional evangelical Christian whose lifestyle aligns with CCU's Statement of Faith and Strategic Priorities.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, reach, balance, stoop, speak clearly, and possess appropriate vision and hearing capabilities.
• Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a vehicle, fly by plane, and/or utilize other forms of transportation.
• A minimum two-year commitment is required.
• Complete the FAFSA and have the results sent to CCU for review.
• Tuition waiver for completion of a master's degree through Colorado Christian University's College of Adult and Graduate Studies.
• Remote work arrangement available.
• Hourly wage of $15.16.
