This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Familiarize yourself with our products, internal systems, and client lifecycle processes.
• Cultivate relationships with your assigned Mid Market clients, complete onboarding alongside your team, and start independently addressing daily client requirements.
• Lead effective enrollment communications campaigns that aim to meet annual enrollment targets.
• Develop engaging, data-driven narratives for clients, consistently achieving a 95%+ opt-in rate for standard communications plans.
• Enhance revenue by ensuring that your clients fully leverage the impact of Hinge Health's enrollment communications.
• Achieve 100% client retention through exceptional satisfaction, maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9 or higher.
• Transform clients into advocates and collaborate with Commercial teams to support sales references and Marketing/PR initiatives.
• Guarantee that your clients are utilizing the complete range of Hinge Health's products to maximize member impact.
• Contribute to team success by acting as an onboarding buddy and assisting in establishing best practices as our team expands.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-focused role.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients throughout various stages of the client lifecycle, utilizing tools and resources to track deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, consultants, health plans, and cross-functional partners.
• Proficient in telling stories through data—extracting meaningful insights from reports and presenting recommendations that influence customer decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
