Cruise Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, develop, and implement travel itineraries tailored for your clients.

• Assess individual travel preferences and requirements to ensure a personalized trip planning experience.

• Evaluate budgets and organize client trips accordingly.

• Arrange travel necessities including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more!

• Communicate effectively with clients before and after their travels to guarantee satisfaction.

• Address any client issues that may arise prior to, during, or following travel.

• Participate in ongoing training to achieve and maintain certifications within the travel sector.

• Join regular webinars with vendors and suppliers to gain expertise in specific destinations and types of travel.

• Stay updated on changes in the travel and tourism industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Must have dependable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone.

• A background in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Personal travel experience is beneficial but not required.
